OVERVIEW

Violet Hour is a conceptual logo design project created for a fictional podcast distribution brand. The brief focused on developing a distinctive typographic identity that felt modern, expressive, and adaptable across digital platforms.

The goal was to create a mark that would stand confidently across podcast covers, social media, and merchandise while maintaining strong visual recognition.

The process began with analysing the brief and defining keywords that captured the brand’s tone — atmospheric, creative, and bold. A series of typographic experiments explored hierarchy, font pairings, and layout structures to find a distinctive balance.

Multiple logo variations were developed before refining the final mark into a clean, scalable system suitable for digital thumbnails, promotional graphics, and merchandise applications.
